The roots
Southern soul, carried north.
Our barbecue has Mississippi roots: patient fires, a good rub, and a table that always has room for one more. We brought that southern soul up to 6th Avenue so Kenosha could taste it the way it's done back home.
The pit
Low, slow and worth the wait.
Everything on our board comes off the smoker slow. Ribs come out tender with real bark, brisket gets the time it needs, and our sauce adds big flavor on top of all that smoke.
